Giving to Camp

Scholarship Fund

In keeping with our goal of making camp affordable for everyone, our Scholarship Fund has been established to offer financial assistance to eligible campers and their families.  Because YMCA Camp Pepin is a non-profit entity, our fees are set to directly cover our operating costs; therefore, the Scholarship Fund is entirely supported by contributions from the community.  This means that the number of campers that we can assist through this fund is dependent upon the financial gifts that we receive annually for this purpose.  If you would like to make a contribution to our Scholarship Fund, please contact the Red Wing Family YMCA at 651-388-4724.  Thank you!

Volunteer Opportunities

Our volunteers have played a vital role in YMCA Camp Pepin’s history.  They have selflessly donated their labor, time, and finances throughout the years to construct buildings, modernize facilities, and beautify the grounds to make camp the gem of the Red Wing YMCA that it is today.

As a non-profit organization, Camp Pepin continues to benefit from volunteers, who are essential to the camp’s growth and vitality.  Every year, returning campers, parents, and retreat groups notice the improvements that are continually being made to camp through volunteer efforts.

If you would like to join our team by volunteering at camp, please contact the Camp Director for an application packet.

As part of a non-profit organization, Camp Pepin continues to accept many contributions because they are essential to the camp’s growth and vitality.  Please contact us if you would be willing to donate any of the items listed below.  Again, we are appreciative!
